• Do I need to be home to receive my delivery

  Not at home? Not a problem. We’ll simply deliver your box of goodies to your designated safe place or a neighbour and we’ll snap a pic of it so you know exactly where it is. Just be sure to send us a wee note during your checkout process so that we’re aware.

• Do you deliver to flats?

  Absolutely! We don’t mind where you live so long as you’re in our catchment area (soon to grow).

• How do you put your boxes together?

  Every morning we head on down to the Glasgow Fruit Market and select Class 1/Class A seasonal fruit & veg including some weekly staples to keep the whole family happy. The team on site carefully quality control every produce item that goes into your box to ensure it's of the best and freshest quality.

• Can I customise my box?

  At the moment we don’t offer customisation of boxes beyond dietary or allergy requirements because our boxes are hand-picked to order with seasonal produce so honestly, it would become a logistical nightmare for our wee Glasgow team.

• How do I contact you?

• How do I change or cancel my subscription?

  Seriously gutted to hear you no longer want to receive our fresh fruit & veg boxes, we hope in the future circumstances may change so that we can delight in having you as a customer again. Please send your request to: enquiries@deliciousdelivered.co.uk and be advised that we require 14 days notice to cancel your subscription and 7 working days notice to cancel a specific order, pause or change a subscription.

• What is Refer A Friend?

  Our refer a friend programme allows you to refer a friend or family member to subscribe to Delicious Delivered using a unique code that will reward you both.

• How do I use my credits from referrals?

  Its easy to use you credits, just log into your online account and in the Refer a Friend section click the use free box button.

  This free box will be credited against your next delivery.

• Are my free boxes credited automatically?

  While your credits will added to your online account automatically, to use them you must log in to your online account and click the use free box button to use your credits.

• Can I use all my refer a friend credits at once?

  No, you will have to log into your online account every time you want to use your credits for a free box.

  You must also have at least 100 credits to gain a free box.

• Do I lose my refer a friend credits if I cancel my subscription?

  Yes, any credits left in your online account when you cancel will be removed and cannot be shared or transferred between online accounts.
